Obat merupakan zat atau bahan tunggal yang berasal dari alam dan digunakan oleh semua makhluk hidup dengan tujuan untuk mengobati,mendiagnosa,menyembuhkan dan memperelok tubuh.

Adapun penggolongan obat yakni sebagai berikut:

Bahan :

1 bungkus mie telur kering masak lalu tiriskan
1 batang daun bawang diiris halus
3 batang daun seledri diiris halus
1 butir telur
50 ml kecap manis (tergantung suka manis apa tidak)

Bumbu halus:

4 butir bawang merah 3 butir bawang putih3 butir kemiri utuh
14 butir merica bulat
1 sdt garam
4 buah cabai merah

Cara membuat :

Panaskan minyak tumis bumbu halus sampai harum lalu masukan telur aduk-aduk. -Terakhir masukan daun bawang, seledri dan mie aduk semabri bubuhi kecap manissedikit demi sedikit sampai rata.-Taruh mie dalam piring taburi dengan bawang goreng dan tomat.

Siap untuk disajikan.

Saat ini dapat dikatakan bahwa kota gorontalo sedang musim durian,buah yang bulat dan berduri ini sudah tidak sulit dicari lagi dikawasan daerah kota gorontalo.

kandungan buah yang memiiliki nama latin Durio zibethinus ini yaitu karbohidrat,kalium,kalsium,fosfor,vitamin B2,vitamin C,vitamin B1,protein dan lemak.

Selain itu buah yang mempunyai bau wangi yang menyengat ini ternyata mempunyai zat besi yang dapat menghilangkan infeksi jamur yang menyebakan sariawan,akan tetapi buah ini ternyata memiliki bahaya untuk itu dalam mengkonsumsi buah ini tidak perlu berlebihan karena kalori yang dikandungnya, terutama bagi mereka yang memiliki tekanan darah tinggi,jantung serta diabetes.
